United Cultures is a Foundation with a purpose. The purpose of the Foundation is to promote understanding and respect between cultures and culture groups in countries by forming a governing body where all cultures in the world are represented — promoting mutual relations, economic cooperation, and cultural dignity for all.
United Cultures is the world's first intergovernmental body dedicated entirely to cultural governance. While bodies like UNESCO focus broadly on education, science, and culture within the UN system, United Cultures focuses exclusively on cultures — their recognition, their economic empowerment, their legal protection, and their representation in global affairs.
We are not a political organisation. We are not aligned with any government, ideology, or religion. We are a neutral cultural foundation that exists solely to serve the world cultures — all of them, equally.
To form a governing body where all cultures in the world are represented — ensuring that no culture is excluded from global decision-making, governance, or economic opportunity.
To promote understanding and respect between cultures and culture groups in countries — breaking down the barriers of misunderstanding that fuel conflict and inequality.
To build economic frameworks that allow every culture to participate in international trade, investment, and development — turning cultural identity into cultural prosperity.
To provide legal and diplomatic frameworks that protect cultural heritage, indigenous knowledge, traditional practices, and the rights of every cultural community worldwide.
Building the social framework that supports cultural recognition and cooperation across all member states — through UC Centers, cultural villages, and the planned United Cultures City.
Providing a legal framework for resolving cultural disputes, protecting cultural rights, and working with the International Criminal Court on cultural justice.
Safeguarding cultural heritage and ensuring peaceful coexistence between culture groups worldwide through mediation, dialogue, and international cultural security frameworks.
Addressing health challenges within cultural communities — establishing hospitals, clinics, and medical universities in member states with culturally sensitive healthcare programmes.
Channelling investment capital into cultural economy projects across member states — building a global financial ecosystem dedicated to cultural development and sustainable growth.
Facilitating political representation and advocacy for cultural communities — with lobbying entities in each member state championing new cultural initiatives and rights.
Connecting researchers and academics working on cultural studies, cross-cultural projects, and the formal, empirical, and social sciences across all member states.
A global marketplace where cultures showcase their products, services, and creative industries to investors and partners from all 269 target countries and regions.
An annual gathering of cultural leaders, economists, and policymakers shaping the global cultural economy — with the flagship 2026 Madrid Conference as the first major event.
Celebrating outstanding contributions to cultural preservation, innovation, and cross-cultural cooperation — awarded annually across eleven cultural categories.
A UC Center in every country and region as the local hub for cultural governance, project development, and community engagement with local ministries of culture.
Creating immersive cultural villages on each of 7 continents where cultures can be experienced, shared, and celebrated by local communities and global visitors.
Developing dedicated United Cultures cities as permanent centres of cultural exchange, economy, and innovation — built every 5 years, starting with Dakhla, Morocco by 2030.
United Cultures Network is an alliance of individuals, cultures, institutes, governments, organisations, universities, NGOs, and companies who all support the purpose of uniting cultures. It is a platform where these diverse actors come together to create, produce, and support projects that build cultural bridges across the world.
The network function is to connect cultures, individuals, governments, and organisations to develop economic projects for cultures worldwide — channelling resources, expertise, and relationships to where they are most needed.
Anyone who supports the purpose of United Cultures can be a member of the network — whether you are an individual, a culture group, a university, an NGO, a government, or a company.
