United Cultures operates as a foundation with a vision to evolve into an intergovernmental body by the year 2030, representing and supporting all cultures across the globe — 13 legal entities, headquartered in Switzerland.
By 2030, United Cultures will evolve into an intergovernmental body, representing and supporting all cultures across the globe, with central operations in Switzerland. Each regional identity will oversee 269 branches worldwide, ensuring a comprehensive and connected global presence.
The 13 structures below represent the complete operational framework — from cultural governance and economic investment to media, awards, trade shows, and the physical infrastructure of Centers, Villages and Cities across all continents.
The United Cultures Foundation was created to develop economic projects for cultures in countries and regions. The Foundation monitors the development of economic projects and supports ideas in countries and regions. For coming years it will eventually form an Intergovernmental Cultural Governing Body for all cultures.
The Foundation is supported by an alliance of individuals, groups, institutions, embassies, cultural representatives, top artists, organisations, cultural institutions, NGOs, and companies — all united with the aim to unite cultures.
Intergovernmental Cultural Governing Body
Founded to partner with embassies, companies, cultural institutions, culture representatives, organisations, artists, cultures, NGOs and universities to become partners in different projects.
Partners will work closely together with United Cultures to develop various economic projects for all cultures in the world, forming a global alliance of cultural and institutional stakeholders.
Partnership & Alliance Body
Founded to support the United Cultures World Council and recruit per country and region: boards, presidents, and directors to manage United Cultures personnel and launch different projects and products worldwide.
The Cooperative ensures that every one of the 269 member states and regions has dedicated governance leadership capable of managing local implementation of United Cultures initiatives.
World Council Support & Governance
Will manage all United Cultures companies in countries or regions to develop and produce projects and products for the United Cultures Foundation. United Cultures Group per country and region will also support and approve new projects and products.
The Group Holding acts as the central corporate governance structure overseeing all subsidiary companies across all 269 member states and regions, ensuring alignment with the Foundation mission.
Corporate Governance & Management
Will build with cultures a strong, financial international organisation. This will be achieved through projects and products supported by investors, banks, sponsors, governments, and other potential shareholders.
UC Investments Ltd. invests in cultural sustainable projects in art, culture, sports, music, design, media, fashion, beauty, economy, education, science, politics, and technology — supporting the economy of cultures in all 269 member states and regions while achieving peace and mutual understanding.
Cultural Economic Investment
A project office (central control group) for all events and projects initiated by United Cultures worldwide. Productions will be set up in each member state where United Cultures is launched, outsourcing events to event organisers per country and region.
Productions is also a platform where professionals can apply for jobs across all United Cultures projects in media, culture, fashion and beauty, economics, education, science, politics and technology. United Cultures Productions will be the market leader in intercultural events, where respect and the values of cultures are placed first.

UC Media is a network of creative cultural media makers worldwide that stimulates and initiates media productions for cultures — encompassing UC TV, UC Radio, UC Tube, UC Magazine, UC News, UC Library and the UC Search Engine.
Umbrella Media Entity
An international cultural economic fair for the design and fashion world. UC Tradeshow is an economic platform that offers opportunities for innovation, economic development and entrepreneurship in the cultural design and fashion industry.

Global Economic Summit & Platform
A yearly event in which awards will be given in eleven cultural categories. Each cultural media maker will have the right to submit their media productions. The UC Award jury will pre-select submissions and the best contributions of each category will be shown to the public on television and heard on the radio.
The Awards celebrate excellence across all 269 member cultures — recognising artists, media makers, innovators, and cultural ambassadors who champion intercultural understanding and the values of United Cultures.
Annual Cultural Excellence Awards
A Center where meetings of countries, regions and cultures can take place — where Ministries of Culture per country, region or culture representatives are represented, alongside NGOs, cultural institutions, universities, companies, cultural artists and the middle class of each culture.
Pilot UC Center planned for Paris, with subsequent centers in Amsterdam, Rabat, Geneva, Rome, Madrid, Berlin and Abu Dhabi — ultimately establishing one center per country across all 269 member states and regions.
Cultural Governance & Meeting Hub
UC Villages will manage the centres in continents and oversee the 7 pillars per country and region. All Ministries and representatives of each culture per continent will be represented there.
United Cultures Villages accelerate innovation for a sustainable future — solving the worlds largest challenges through new connections, combining technologies never linked before, and forming innovation partnerships between unlikely partners to achieve radical intercultural innovations.
Continental Cultural Management
A UC City will be built every 5 years where all Ministers of Culture and representatives of cultures in 269 countries and regions represent their cultures. Each country or region has a dedicated street in the UC City featuring a museum, Ministry of Culture location, warehouse for resources and products, business and education centre, cultural university, restaurant, lunchroom and more.
The inaugural United Cultures City will be established by 2030 in Dakhla, Morocco or Saudi Arabia, followed by subsequent cities in 2035, 2040 and 2045. The main headquarters will rotate every five years among these cities. The World Council of Ministers of Culture will convene here to address global cultural challenges.
