The UC Aqua Villa is a private residence built for the meeting point of desert and ocean, mountain and sea. Cantilevered over the cliff edge, its rooftop pool holds the horizon; its glass walls open the room to the water below.
Every villa is dressed in the materials and craft of a chosen culture — cedar and marble, silk and brass, indigo and lacquer — sourced to their villages of origin. Cultural identity turned into architecture, at the scale of the private home.

The architecture is universal. The interior is not. Each owner selects a culture from the 269 countries and regions of United Cultures, and the villa is finished in the materials, textiles, colours and craft of that cultural home — every element sourced to its village.
