Every 5 years a United Cultures City will be built somewhere in the world. The first UC City will connect all 269 cultures — developing 269+ economic projects and housing the central UC headquarters where Ministers of Culture from around the world convene.
Every five years, a United Cultures City will be established in a selected location worldwide. The inaugural city was planned for construction in 2025, within one of the member states or regions, with the primary aim of fostering interconnectedness among diverse cultures and facilitating the development of over 269 economic projects.
The central administrative headquarters of the United Cultures initiative will be situated within the designated UC City. This city will serve as a central hub where Ministers of Culture and representatives from the 269 member states and regions gather to promote and preserve their respective cultural identities. During these assemblies, the Ministers or their appointed representatives will convene as part of a United Cultures Council — addressing cultural challenges and collaboratively formulating joint solutions.
Within each UC City, the diverse creative economies represented by the 269 member states and regions will be organized into distinct sectors, symbolically arranged along "country or region streets." This design highlights the cultural and economic contributions of each member and underscores the city's role as a dynamic representation of global cultural collaboration.
Candidate locations currently under consideration include Dakhla (Western Sahara) and Saudi Arabia. The selected site will be home to the UC Headquarters, UC Cultural Academy, UC Trade Centre, UC Innovation Hub, and residential zones for cultural diplomats and representatives from all 269 member states and regions.
