BANGKOK/NEW DELHI -- When Min Aung Hlaing arrives in India on Saturday for his first foreign visit after switching roles from the leader of Myanmar's military regime to the nation's president, he will offer New Delhi a platform to consolidate bilateral ties with the Southeast Asian nation that is also in the crosshairs of geopolitical rival China, say diplomats and analysts.
