Education as Cultural Foundation
The UC Basic Education Programme operates across 92 member nations, providing children with access to quality basic education that respects and integrates their cultural heritage. We believe education should strengthen cultural identity, not erase it.
Our programme funds school construction and renovation, digital classroom equipment, teacher training in culturally informed pedagogy, and the development of bilingual educational materials that honour both local languages and international standards.
